Welcome to the first installment of our new short series - a behind the scenes look at our Programmed by PERSOL Work and Smile ad! š¬
Today, we share our first story of future stardom with Ashley Maklin, Grounds Apprentice at Programmed Property Services!
Before we get into it, check out the final result of Ashley's ad:
š³ Day 1 - "For Me"
It was all lights, camera and action for our Open Space Maintenance team!
One of the locations on the first filming day for the Programmed ad was at the Arts Centre Melbourneās Sydney Myer Music Bowl, featuring Ashley Maklin, Grounds Apprentice in Programmed Property Services, sharing her āFor Meā scenario (striving for personal success).
As the day brightened, we were fortunate to have the Sydney Myer Bowl Arts exhibit as our venue. With the Melbourne cityscape as a backdrop, Ashley expressed her enthusiasm for maintaining community grounds and gardens, working alongside her colleagues, Paul Anderson, and Chris Parry, who have been sharing their Open Space Maintenance knowledge, and assisted her with the tools. A fun fact on this trio, is that they live within the communities we serve, which is part of the joy at working at Programmed. All three take great pride in their work, as they pass it each day!
Surrounded by gardening equipment and riding mowers, Ashley shared her fulfilment for work, emphasising the joy she finds in creating beautiful outdoor spaces for people to enjoy. Ashley is dedicated and purposeful in her work, which has shone through her apprenticeship at Programmed. Ashley has been on the journey to gain her certification in Parks and Gardens, as she enjoys working outdoors and appreciates the quitter moments in life surrounded by beautiful nature. Supporting the growth of our team members is a top priority for us.
A big thank you to Ashley for being an outstanding team player and for sharing her passion and enjoyment for her work with us!
Stay tuned for the next installment in our series coming soon!
