Our latest Programmed Difference Award Winners
Lisa Dart
Supervisor
Nominated by Lincoln Kurucz, Manager, Property Operations
"During a particularly demanding period marked by a high turnover of tenants and significant team absences due to annual leave, Lisa proactively stepped in to support urgent maintenance issues—despite these tasks falling outside her core responsibilities.
Her initiative helped prevent potential escalations and ensured customer satisfaction remained high. Notably, she also volunteered several hours of her own time on weekends to assist the maintenance team, even though she was under no obligation to do so.
Lisa’s dedication, teamwork, and willingness to go above and beyond exemplify the values of this award and make her a truly deserving nominee."
Trent Radburn
Delivery Manager West
Nominated by Renee Cananzi, HSEQ Advisor
"Trent is consistent in actively demonstrating all of Programmed's values plus some. His genuine care and empathy stands out as he doesn't just support his team. He shows up for individuals when it matters most. Recently, Trent offered quiet but meaningful support during a personal challenge I was facing at work. Without overstepping he made it clear that he cares, listened without judgement and created a safe space for me to manage through it. That kind of emotional intelligence is rare and deeply valued.
Trent leads by example in everything he does - dealing with internal and external stakeholders he approaches every interaction with professionalism, patence and a solution based mindset. His talent in building trust and establishing common ground contributes greatly to better outcomes and strong relationships.
It is clear just working in the vacinity of Trent that he naturally fosters a culture where safety is second nature, his team are consistently supported no matter how small or large a concern, it can be raised with him and he will uphold his integrity in following up and actively resolving safety issues - He successfully found a way to have a female toilet installed at WTP for female workers in the field, showing that he strongly advocates for diversity, inclusion and equality. Trent makes an intentional effort to ensure everyone feels seen, heard and respected regardless of their background. He encourages different perspectives and helps others find their voice.
All in all our workplace is genuinely better because of him and I think that deserves recognision, especially for someone that never asks for it and doesn't expect any well deserved praise."
Jack Wilson
Project Coordinator
Nominated by Mario Puntillo, Lead Project Manager
"I would like to extend my appreciation and recognition to the exceptional Project Coordinator for the extraordinary efforts in stepping up at the eleventh hour to project manage and coordinate one of the most logistically complex and time-sensitive tasks encountered in recent times, at Sydney Airport.
Faced with a mammoth assignment he rose to the challenge and owned it. With minimal lead time, Jack demonstrated composure, professionalism, and unwavering commitment in driving the project forward with clarity, precision, and effectiveness that exceeded all expectations.
Jack brought sharp focus and a proactive mindset, immediately breaking the problem into actionable workstreams. His ability to cut through the noise and align cross-functional teams was instrumental in maintaining momentum under pressure. He contributed remarkable technical insight and hands-on coordination, resolving roadblocks with efficiency, ensuring every piece of the puzzle came together on the ground and his attention to detail and operational discipline prevented countless potential delays and safeguarded the quality of execution from start to finish.
The resilience, teamwork and his sheer determination to deliver results (not for personal accolades but for the greater success of Sydney Airport) demonstrates the very best of what his role stands for.
It is only fitting that Jack, is formally recognised for the exceptional contribution and efforts made a real & tangible impact under pressure for the commitment to service."
