The Programmed Difference Awards recognise our people who embrace and actively live our values, going above and beyond to make a difference for our people, customers and community.
Today, we're taking a moment to look back on our worthy winners for Noember 2025!
Our latest Programmed Difference Award Winners
Nick Anderson
Maintenance Supervisor
Nominated by Aaron Faneco, Area Manager
"Nick has always adopted a customer first approach to conducting himself in his duties. Whilst supporting Port Hedland Electrical works, Nick travelled 6.5 hours south to Newman on his weekend to attend to a P1 for no power. He consistently puts the contract ahead of himself to ensure the best possible service by Programmed Facility Management."
Kerry Darling
Service Delivery Manager - HGI
Nominated by Michael More, Foreperson Streetscapes & Assets
"Kerry, as always. Recently went out of his way on weekend to assist the community and DOC with picking up a Pygmy whale that had unfortunately washed up on Onetangi Beach, He also assisted in the whales transportation to Messy University for a autopsy. Kerry is also assisting with organising for the whale to be brought back to Island and digging the hole in order for it buried here on island today."
