Supporting your wellbeing - A reminder about the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - AU & NZ

At Programmed, we’re committed to supporting the wellbeing of our people – both at work and at home. That’s why we want to remind all employees about the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – a confidential and professional support service available to all Programmed team members and their immediate family (including partners, children, and other close relatives).

Whether you're facing personal challenges, work-related stress, or simply need someone to talk to, EAP provides access to qualified counsellors and a wide range of resources to help you navigate life’s ups and downs.

What's available through EAP?

EAP services are delivered by qualified professionals and are available via phone, live chat, video conferencing, or face-to-face across Australia and New Zealand. Support is available for both work-related and personal matters, including:

  • Manager Assist – Coaching and advice for people management and leadership development
  • Employee Assist – Support for personal and work-related challenges
  • Career Assist – Career planning, resume help, interview skills, and vocational counselling
  • Conflict Assist – Tools and strategies for managing difficult situations
  • Nutrition & Lifestyle Assist – Advice on sleep, resilience, mindfulness, addiction, and more
  • Money Assist – Financial wellbeing coaching
  • Family Assist – Counselling for immediate family members
  • Legal Assist – Up to 2 sessions of expert legal advice on family law, tenancy, consumer disputes, and more

Westpac Partnership (AU)

Programmed has teamed up with the Westpac Group to give Programmed employees access to exclusive Corporate Partner offers and benefits, to help you make the most of your money.

The Westpac Corporate Partnership gives Programmed employees access to financial literacy programs, banking benefits and a dedicated team of specialists to help you meet your goals.

Refinancing Costs - Westpac has you Covered

Refinancing often comes with upfront costs such as valuation, legal, and settlement fees, which can add up quickly. As part of Westpac's exclusive offer for Corporate partners, Westpac will cover refinancing costs up to $1,000 per security (conditions apply).

This means Programmed employees can take advantage of better rates or loan structures - without the usual out-of-pocket expenses.
