Across Programmed, we celebrate and take pride in the diversity of our people and the communities we work within. As part of our ongoing efforts to celebrate diversity, we our diversity calendar highlights just some of these significant days and events throughout the year.
It's important to note that while our diversity calendar features key dates, it is by no means an exhaustive list of significant days. We understand that there are many other days that hold significance to our employees and teams, reflecting the rich tapestry of cultures, traditions, and identities within our organisation.
Our approach to celebrating diversity involves empowering teams to choose a few events from the calendar to commemorate together, as well as any other significant days which are of particular meaning to individuals or teams within our business.
As these days approach, our HR team will provide communications and resources, such as toolbox talks. These resources aim to facilitate meaningful discussions, foster understanding, and promote inclusivity within our teams.
