The WA Operational Excellence Team has harnessed the power of innovation and digital transformation to successfully roll out the new iClean system across the Wadjemup Rottnest Island FUSS Contract and Woodside’s Gas and Town Cleaning contracts in Karratha!
Led by Isle Magsino and supported by Transition Manager Glen Mawson, the project delivers major improvements in both customer experience and administration, aiming to replace time-consuming, manual housekeeping processes with a streamlined digital solution.
Working closely with operational teams, the new system simplifies daily workload allocation, enables real-time progress tracking, and allows supervisors to receive maintenance reports including photos directly through the iClean app.
Training was tailored for each contract, including guides, videos, and face-to-face sessions to ensure smooth adoption. The feedback from teams has been overwhelmingly positive, with staff praising the app’s ease of use and the valuable support provided during the transition.
This successful implementation not only enhances service delivery but also opens up opportunities to expand efficiencies into other areas such as linen delivery and direct billing.
