One of the things I value most about our Programmed community is the honesty and insight that comes from the conversations we have - on-site, in the office, and everywhere in between.
Inspired by these conversations, I'm excited to introduce 'Ask Our Leaders' - a new Q&A video series allowing a direct line of communication through to myself and the Facility Management Leadership Team
Our Town Halls in VIC, WA, and NZ have offered an excellent opportunity to have your voice heard and help our leaders to understand exactly what matters most to our people, and this new series will allow us to expand upon this conversation beyond the Town Hall.
Whether your question is about our strategy, day-to-day operations, opportunities for growth, or our Programmed culture - we want to hear from you. You can choose to either write your question anonymously, or even ask our leaders 'face to face' by submitting a video asking your question.
Question submissions are always open, but to be included our first video, get your question in by COB 12 December 2025.
We will be sharing our first Q&A video in January 2026 to kick off another exciting year.
This new series is about creating more space for open dialogue, more chances to understand one another, and more opportunities for you to be heard.
