This week marks the launch of PERSOL’s third edition of the Work and Smile campaign across Asia-Pacific — a refreshed and vibrant celebration of how work gives us purpose and fulfilment.
You’ll see it come to life across Google, YouTube, Connected TV, and regional social platforms, as well as physical spaces like Changi Airport.
Here in Australia and New Zealand, we’re proud to complement the regional campaign with our own local initiatives that bring Work and Smile to life.
Together, these campaigns reflect the strength of our connection across APAC and our shared purpose: to connect people to meaningful work — with a smile.
Elevating our position in APAC: Work and Smile 3.0
Building on our core theme, work as a source of purpose and fulfillment, this year’s campaign invites audiences to reflect on the meaning of work, much like we contemplate the meaning of life.
Following our recent rebrand, the campaign brings a fresh burst of vibrancy, positivity, and energy. Inspired by creative cues from fashion and fintech, it reflects a bold new direction for our brand with colour and an upbeat soundtrack.
