A few weeks ago, we launched Programmed Facility Management's Work and Smile Selfie campaign, gathering smiling faces from across the organisation and learning what it is about YOUR work that gives YOU fulfillment.

Our Programmed community has submitted their own selfies showcasing the diversity of the work that we do every day and sharing the things about this work that gives them joy and meaning. Check out what they had to say below, and read until the end to find out about our Work and Smile Selfie Challenge!

Stej took a selfie with one of Melbourne Airport's cleaners and a passenger after her wedding ring fell down the bathroom sink, and he retrieved it. The passenger was very relieved!
