Here at Programmed, we have a long history of investing in the talent of tomorrow through engaging apprentices and trainees in a diverse range of training packages and qualifications, from Certificate II through to Advanced Diploma level.
To make sure our programs remain effective and engaging and properly equip our trainees with the skills they need to succeed, the Learning & Development (L&D) team recently caught up with Sydney Water’s apprentice team. Our L&D staff held important conversations with the bourgeoning recruits, enquiring about their enjoyment of their studies, if they’re applying what they’re learning in the workplace, and how we can further support their progress.
