Facilitated by Bupa, this webinar will teach you all about what mindfulness is, its benefits, as well as techniques for observing your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations.
Take a 30 minute break and focus on your wellbeing. Research shoes mindfulness is associated with reduced stress, rumination, depression and anxiety. Stress can be a positive, motivating factor in our lives and when left unchecked, it can become a problem.
This session includes an overview of how mindfulness can help calm our stress responses and provides a mindfulness meditation experience that is designed to help calm the nerves and induce a calming relaxation response.
