As we approach International Women’s Day, it’s crucial to highlight the strides being made towards gender equality in traditionally male-dominated industries. Programmed is proud to collaborate with Tradeswomen Australia (TWA) and Victoria University in contributing to a recently released report. The report includes a practical ‘Guide for Action’ to attract and retain women as leaders.
TWA, a not-for-profit entity dedicated to advancing gender equality in the trades, has been a champion for the participation of women in the industry since 2019. Their partnership with Programmed reflects a mutual commitment to boost the presence and continuity of women in the trades.
The partnership between Programmed and TWA aims to promote inclusivity and support women in non-traditional roles within the industry, both organisations are paving the way for a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
