We are thrilled to share that Programmed has been selected as a key service partner to Transpower to provide end-to-end Facilities Management for Transpower’s national network of properties and substations, warehouses and other sites nationally from 1 July 2024.

Our partnership will see us provide end-to-end reactive and planned preventative maintenance as well as project works for the National Grid owner, including HVAC, Fire Protection, Access Control, Generators and Grounds Maintenance.

The Transpower partnership will strengthen our service network across New Zealand, joining our existing customer base of Chorus, Ministry of Education, KiwiRail, Te Āhuru Mōwai, and Fonterra.

Importantly, our expansion into the electricity sector in New Zealand reflects the ambitions outlined by our Mid-Term Business Plan, diversifying our business mix across our customer base on the motu.

The contract will also allow us to create opportunities for our existing people at Programmed whilst also engaging with numerous service providers, creating stability and income for businesses big and small.
