Keeping Rottnest beautiful for the summer 🏖️

Towards the end of last year, our Rottnest Programmed Team needed to gear up for the busy summer season - and we couldn’t think of a better way to kick things off than helping out with the annual beach clean up!

Team members volunteered to take part in the annual Wadjemup (Rottnest) Island Walking Trail Clean-Up, joining families, friends, and colleagues for a meaningful day out on the island.

The event offered a fantastic opportunity not only to support the preservation of one of WA’s most iconic destinations, but also to connect with team members we don’t often cross paths with. With ferry transfers and lunch generously provided, it was an enjoyable and rewarding day for everyone involved.

A special thank-you goes to Julie McManus, who once again did a stellar job coordinating the event. From comprehensive trail maps to a dedicated charter bus service, every detail was thoughtfully planned. Julie checked in with all participants throughout the day to ensure everyone was safe, supported, and having a great time.

We had a wonderful day contributing to the island’s upkeep, spending time with our families, and strengthening connections across the business, all while helping to keep Rottnest beautiful for the summer.
