That’s why we've been spotlighting our Safe Work Essentials - Every Job Every Time throughout October. These essentials are the foundation of our safety culture, and now’s the time to refresh, refocus, and recommit.
Week 1-2 Focus: Safe Work Essentials Toolbox Talk
We’re asking all teams to run through our Safe Work Essentials Toolbox Talk together, with special attention to our Every Job Every Time principle; the non-negotiables that apply to every task, no matter the risk level or location.

Week 3-4 Focus: Critical Risk Reviews
Now, we shift our focus to Critical Risk Reviews - a practical activity that helps us verify that essential safety requirements are in place for managing the key high-risk activities across our business.
Critical Risk Reviews are structured inspections aligned with our Safe Work Essentials, designed to ensure that high-risk tasks are being managed effectively.

Your activity for the second half of Safe Work Month - Critical Risk Reviews
For the second half of October, we're asking teams to conduct Critical Risk Reviews relevant to the activities that you are performing.
Checklists can be found in ProSafe under the Site Review and Inspections tile.
This is your opportunity to:

🔎 Identify any gaps or improvement opportunities
💬 Engage your team in meaningful safety conversations
🤝 Reinforce our shared responsibility for safety
Embedding our safety culture with Worksite Reviews
Worksite reviews are another ProSafe activity that can be performed to ensure our Safe Work Essentials are in place.
These reviews are a chance to pause, reflect, and ensure our safety systems are working as intended. They help us:
