In a recent example of our special Programmed culture and going the extra mile for our customers, our Sydney Airport team saved the day by returning a precious wedding ring to a very thankful owner!
Having just finished an afternoon shift and visiting the newly renovated T1 Departures Pier B City View bathroom, a Tiffany & Co Sstaff member called the airport's FM Hub in a panic and logged a fault - "I've lost my ring down the sink".
Thanks to the great patience and resourcefulness of Programmed Facility Management Plumber, Ross Garlick, the ring was eventually retrieved from the handwashing tough and returned to a very grateful owner as she collected her ring from Kat Cabral the following day.
