Programmed Facility Management’s National Service Centre operates around the clock to ensure a rapid response to emergencies and to enhance customer support for service requests.

Located in Parramatta, NSW, our new and improved service centre categorises requests based on established priorities and oversees the completion of work orders within specified timeframes. This ensures that all customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively. 

Service requests can be submitted through a dedicated phone line, email, or customer portal.  

The National Service Centre maintains access to the same information system as the Service Delivery Team, ensuring consistency in service quality. With a clear handover process, ongoing work is managed seamlessly, providing uninterrupted support regardless of the time of day.
