Ben Brown
SDM - Digital Asset Capture, NZ

"As a part of the Programmed Digital Asset Capture (drone) team, the thrill of exploring remote locations and capturing breathtaking views that few people ever get to see, seeing the world from above, solving challenges remotely 'offline' in the field, and knowing my work makes a real impact keeps me motivated and excited every day. "Awesome teamwork on a Saturday, between Soft Services, Maintenance, Inventory Management to execute works normally outside of their personal scope.

Everyone really pulled together to go above and beyond for the client on this day. Teamwork like this truly commendable and shows a strong commitment to our customer satisfaction during difficult staffing times and challenging weather, 38+deg and 83% humidity."

"The Team! Having the opportunity to travel around NSW and engage with other staff that are normally behind the screen whilst also meeting new vendors in our regional areas has been a great experience.

It’s been great to learn more about my team as we travel the countryside together, not to forget the cool things you see along the way!"

Nick Stewart and Shane Parker
Asset Service Technicians, VIC

"Selfie of the TEAM - working on the Silvan Hydro Mechanical Overhaul at the Silvan Reservoir on the Melbourne Water contract.

It's truly inspiring to see the Work and Smile culture in action, even in the midst of the urgent and high-pressure Silvan Hydro 15-Year Overhaul works.

Delivering a specialised service to our client, MW, requires both dedication and expertise, and the team has demonstrated both exceptionally well.

A collaborative effort between the MCD and Maintenance teams alongside our contractors are all well deserving of a big shout-out: Nick Stewart, Shane Parker, PFM technicians, along with George Poole (MCD Project Engineer), Alex from SKF (Specialist in Bearing Replacement), and Kurt from Tamar Hydro (Hydro SME) for their outstanding contributions on this project. Their commitment and professionalism is greatly appreciated! Well done team, you are doing an extraordinary job ‘For - all of us’ - team and community.

The team showing their love and appreciation of each other … Shane Parker, PFM Technician showing his respect for our contractors work and;

"FOR WE - Team | I'm submitting an image of Kat Cabral. She was offered the opportunity to 'walk in the shoes' of a plumber working at SYD Airport. Not only did she walk in their shoes, but she also took it to the next level and put on their gloves to clear a blocked urinal. Talk about service with a SMILE!"
