Submit your selfie to WIN!
Welcome to the February edition of our Work and Smile Selfie Challenge, our first challenge for 2026, and the first installment our 'Proud Moments' challenge!
Your proud moment might be finishing a job, solving a problem, helping a teammate, learning something new, or simply getting through a busy day. It doesn’t have to be a huge achievement - sometimes the smallest moments are the ones worth celebrating.
This month, we've given our top selfie honour to Chris Hosking, Grounds Maintenance, for his proud moment showing off a beautifully mown soccer pitch for a local sports club!
Each quarter, we'll be sharing a new challenge theme, with your selfies going into the draw to win a $250 AUD gift card!* We'll be sharing your submissions each month and shortlisting a top selfie, with the shortlisted entries voted on by YOU at the end of each quarter to decide our overall winner.
Find out more and submit your selfie for this quarter's prize by clicking below!

Simon Pallone
Plumber, VIC
"Simon espouses the Programmed values.
Whilst attending to yet another vandalised public toilet he noticed two young rebel rousers causing damage to council property.
Having chased them off he went ahead and rectified the damage. He did, however, recognize the school uniform the miscreants were wearing and proceeded to head to the school.
Upon arriving in the carpark, he observed the boys heading into the campus.
Simon called the school and reported the troublemakers to the principal who promised they would be dealt with accordingly.
Through his actions, Simon has shown he actively lives the Programmed values"
