We may all be busy celebrating the festive season, but we have another important task for you today - it's time to cast your vote for our overall Work and Smile Selfie Challenge WINNER for the quarter October - December 2025!
In this round of the competition, you've been showing us the work moments that bring you the most fulfillment with our 'The best part of your work day' challenge.
Today, we're sharing our awesome submissions from December 2025.
We've handed this month's top prize to Nikki Scambiatterra for her unconventional but very creative take on a Yarra Ranges team selfie!
Before we get into our December submissions, you can vote for your favourite selfie this quarter - Nikki Scambiatterra, Julie McManus & Rottnest Housekeeping Team, or Aaron Leylander! Our overall winner will receive a $250 AUD e-gift card.
Voting closes COB 15 January 2026 - and then we'll announce our winner, as well as the next round of the competition!
