Introducing our AI Innovation Hub
Turn your idea into something real
Have you ever found yourself thinking, “there has to be a better way to do this”? Now's your chance to do something about it.
We're looking for ideas from across the business to help tackle the everyday tasks and processes that take more time than they should through Programmed’s new AI Innovation Hub.

What could you submit?
-
What's the task everyone avoids because it takes too long?
-
What's a process that feels more complicated than it needs to be?
-
What's something you do over and over that could be handled differently?
If you have the answers, and the process is well documented and repeatable, we want to hear from you!
How can you bring your idea to life?
-
Submit your idea using the form linked below or scan the QR code on posters and TV screens around your workplace.
-
The Group IT AI practice will assess each submission.
-
If your idea is selected, you will pitch to the AI Steering Committee (think Shark Tank style, but nicer).
-
If your pitch is successful, Group IT will provide the funding to develop a prototype as a proof of concept.
-
Relevant business units will assess your prototype for potential rollout across the business.
Bright ideas into real solutions - An example from the National Service Centre

Working across the National Service Centre, our team saw a common challenge repeated across Programmed: employees spending too much time on repetitive administrative tasks, searching for information, and navigating multiple systems.
The idea was simple: explore how AI could reduce this effort, improve access to knowledge, and help our people spend more time focused on customers and higher-value work.
After being submitted to our AI Practice team, the idea received support and funding to develop AI capabilities that are now helping drive conversations about productivity, knowledge sharing, and the future of work across Programmed.
It’s a great example of how an idea sparked by everyday frustrations can grow into a solution with benefits across the business.

For any questions about the initiative, please contact Anthony Pearce - AI Practice Lead or Paul Jones - GM APAC IT Infrastructure.
The people closest to the work often have the greatest ideas. If you’ve spotted an opportunity to make something better, we’d love to hear it.
We can’t wait to see what you come up with.
