Men's Health Week

Jun 9, 2026 1:31:08 PM | Safety & Wellbeing Men's Health Week

Check in on the health and wellbeing of the men in your workplace, family, and community as part of Men’s Health Week this June.

Men’s Health Week is celebrated around the world each year in the middle of June. It is an important reminder to check in on the health and wellbeing of the men in our workplaces, families and communities. It encourages men to take proactive steps to look after both their physical and mental health—whether that’s booking a check-up, having an open conversation, getting active, or simply reaching out for support when it’s needed.

The research tells us, men are less likely to seek help early or talk about health concerns, which can lead to preventable issues becoming more serious.

Creating a supportive workplace culture where conversations about wellbeing are normal, and support services are visible and accessible, can make a real difference.

Men’s Health Week is a chance for all of us to start the conversation—checking in with a mate, encouraging healthy habits, and reminding each other that looking after your health is a sign of strength, not weakness.
