Our Fitness for Work Policy sets out clear expectations to help you maintain your wellbeing and perform your role safely. We offer confidential support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for instances where employees need additional support in any of these areas and encourage open communication about any factors that could impact your fitness for work.
