Welcome to our update on recent sustainability initiatives implemented to strengthen sustainability practices across our operations.
1. New Sustainability Sub-brand
Recently PERSOL | Programmed came together to establish a new Sub-brand across Environmental, Social and Governance practices.
A dedicated Sustainability section on the intranet has also been created.
2. Community of Practice Champions
In May 2025, the Sustainability Community of Practice was established across PERSOL | Programmed Australia and New Zealand. Each business unit and location now has a designated Sustainability Community of Practice Champion.
These champions have been either nominated by senior management or have volunteered to act as a direct link between our day-to-day operations and the Sustainability Team. They play a key role in supporting the delivery of our ongoing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) initiatives.
Please take the time to identify your local champion and support them as we continue our sustainability journey together.
Located in our IMS as a live document, the HSEQ and Sustainability teams have worked closely together to create a Tender Response Guideline. This guideline provides answers to common HSEQ and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) questions received across all areas of the business. By reviewing tenders from the past year across all divisions, we have identified and collated the most frequently asked questions to ensure responses are consistent, transparent, and accurate.
