SOPs
Records of SOP assignment and acknowledgement are maintained within ProSafe.
There are currently over 3,200 SOP Acknowledgement records awaiting acknowledgement.
To ensure accuracy of records and reporting, please review any outstanding acknowledgements assigned to you or your team. Where records have been created in error or are no longer required, they should be cancelled.
How to cancel an SOP Acknowledgement record:
- Open and edit the record
- In the Type of Acknowledgement field, select Cancelled
- Enter a reason (for audit and future reference)
- Click Save
Register Your Vaccination Records in ProSafe
With flu season upon us, a reminder that vaccination records can be recorded in ProSafe.
How to register your vaccination:
- Go to Home → Quick Access → Vaccination (form)
For Managers: Managers can view vaccination activity for their teams by:
- Opening your profile
- Selecting the “Activities for My Direct Reports” tab
Types of vaccinations that can be registered in ProSafe include:
- BCG
- COVID19
- Diphtheria
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza
- Japanese Encephalitis
- MMR
- Pertussis
- Q Fever
- Rabies
- Tetanus
- Varicella
