Where vaccination requirements apply to specific roles or activities, these can be recorded and managed in ProSafe; if you already have a record, take a moment to check that your details are current and complete.

Vaccination requirements for work or roles can be recorded in ProSafe.

 

How to register your vaccination: Go to Home → Quick Access → Vaccination (form)

 

For Managers: Managers can view vaccination activity for their teams by:

  • Opening your profile
  • Selecting the “Activities for My Direct Reports” tab

 Types of vaccinations that can be registered in ProSafe include:

    • BCG
    • COVID19
    • Diphtheria
    • Hepatitis A
    • Hepatitis B
    • Influenza
    • Japanese Encephalitis
    • MMR
    • Pertussis
    • Q Fever
    • Rabies
