To meet the evolving needs of the business and improve user experience, the design and implementation of the various forms available in ProSafe (Noggin) continues to be enhanced.
Updates have recently been made to the following:
- Track SOP Acknowledgements: You can now monitor the progress of SOPs sent to users and easily see who has read and acknowledged receipt.
- Send Multiple SOPs: Users can select and send multiple documents to multiple workers at once.
- Incident Report Maps: Maps have been added to the incident report form, automatically using the address field if completed.
- Public Take-5 Form: Users can now search for individuals, with associated email addresses displayed for easy selection.
- Request New Vendor: A new "Request New Vendor" tab is now available in the Vendor Management section.
- Vehicle Inspection Updates: If an asset number isn’t found during a vehicle inspection, the system will add and record the entered number as a new asset.
- Competency Alerts: The system now sends alerts for any competency with an expiry date, both prior to and on the expiry date.
- Health Monitoring Form Enhancements: Hearing Fit Test and Respiratory Fit Test options have been added to the Health Monitoring form.
Several new public forms have also been developed, allowing external parties such as contractors to access and complete these forms via URLs.
