Tradeswomen Australia (TWA) aims to add to the growing TWA research collection about women working in non-traditional roles. Programmed were pleased to partner with TWA and join Victoria University in contributing to a recently released report. The report includes a practical 'Guide for Action' to attract and retain women as leaders.
TWA is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to gender equality and empowerment for all girls and women to access, participate and succeed in trades. We have been partnering with TWA since 2019 and are proud to be working together to drive an increase of women engaged and retained within the industry.
We will be reviewing the recommendations from the report to determine how we can enhance our current practices in the workplace to support women in leadership and trade positions. To find out more, download the report here.
