Women Connect Awards
In partnership with Dattner Group, to support women in their leadership journey, we are offering 3 women across Trades and Operations the opportunity to take part in the Compass Program, a 3-month leadership development program designed for women.
The Compass program brings women together from all walks of life, across all sectors, and at every career stage. Compass supports and encourages individuals to develop their unique leadership qualities while empowering them to implement change at work, at home, in the community and globally.
To be in the running, simply tell us either by video (no more than 5-mins) or email (no more than 500 words) why you or someone you would like to nominate:
- Are passionate about working with Programmed
- How your/their values align with Programmed’s; and
- How you/they believe this opportunity will benefit your/their career

Runners-up will receive a DISC profile and 1-1 coaching session.
