Delivering with care at Bayswater Village

This Friday, we’re highlighting a great example of Work and Smile in action submitted by Tony Jane - National Sales Manager, as our BOP Commercial Painting team delivers with care and consideration at Metlifecare’s Bayswater Village.

"In late November, I had the pleasure of visiting our Commercial Painting BOP FieldStaff working on one of my national retirement village accounts, Metlifecare at their Bayswater Village in Tauranga. During my visit, I met up with Jeff Hooper – PPS BOP Foreperson and his crew.

I asked Jeff what makes it a Work and Smile moment for him to be part of the Programmed Team, his reply was simple yet powerful:

“Doing a great job for the client and the personal satisfaction of knowing the work has been carefully planned to minimize disruption to residents and staff.”

On a retirement village site, there are always numerous moving parts. Jeff’s approach highlighted his commitment to planning and teamwork. This ensures that every task is carried out with precision and respect for the people living and working there.

This moment reminded me that Jeff embodies the Work and Smile spirit of FOR We (Team). He and his crew consistently demonstrate that success is not just about completing the work, but about how it’s done, with care, collaboration, and pride in delivering for our clients.

It’s something I know Metlifecare deeply values in their partnership with us. Their residents see the difference, their staff feel the difference, and our teams take pride in making that difference, every day."

Beautiful story and such a great example of why we Work and Smile! Thanks to both Tony and Jeff for sharing.
