This Friday, we hear from the HR team across Facility Management and Property Services about their recent spring site visits!
This spring, our HR team had the privilege of visiting several sites and connecting with our incredible teams who help our business thrive every day.
These visits provided a valuable opportunity to meet staff across Facility Management and Property Services, allowing the chance to learn about their diverse career journeys, see the outstanding work they deliver, and better understand the challenges they face.
It was also a chance to share more information on what makes Programmed a great place to work and to provide training and support to ensure our people have the tools they need to succeed in their roles.
Each visit is a reminder of the passion, hard work, and dedication our teams bring to their roles. The team are proud to celebrate and support the remarkable contributions of our people across the business!

Golden Grove - Programmed Facility Management, WA - Talia Ford, Sustainability Lead sharing how she led the containers for change role out. Money raised through the program will be donated to the Royal Flying Doctors Service.
Lydia Carlisle sharing a great initiative by translating our cleaning manuals into other languages to make it easier for staff to use as a reference.
Visiting the Electrical Technologies team at the ANZ office at Docklands Melbourne. Thanks Danny Pither and team for the amazing tour of the office.
Lunch and a chat with the incredible FM team at Bayside City Council.
The L&D took an early morning drive to deliver two workshops for our FM Housing crews in Warrnambool which was focused on Customer Service and Mindset. A good day combined delivering content, a site visit to our office and listening to Smooth FM on the way to Warrnambool!
A visit to the iconic Melbourne Park to meet the Electrical Technologies team. Thanks Tristian Trotter and team for having us.
A day spent out at Epping to tour the new UMS office and meet the team (Peter Papanis, Jay Mercer, Tania Ozsoy and Angela Tomasin) over some morning tea!
