Homes NSW and Transpower set to complete mobilisation period and begin work with Programmed.

HTP

The first half of the 2024 calendar year has been a period of bustling activity, plenty of hard work, and an exciting array of significant wins and steps forward in our growth journey.

Today, I’m pleased to share the latest update in the mobilisation of two important new partnerships we’ve added to our existing customer base during this period – Homes NSW and Transpower

Homes NSW

Homes NSW - Orange Team

Earlier this year, Programmed Facility Management was appointed as one of Homes NSW’s approved delivery partners for three regions under the social housing portfolio, strengthening our existing capabilities in the housing sector across Australia and New Zealand.

Not only does this new partnership mark an important step in our business growth journey, it also has a profound effect on our local communities through the agency’s approach to social and affordable housing that puts people front and centre.

With our mobilisation period beginning in March and now nearing completion, we’ve created stability and income for businesses across Australia through our engagement with multiple service providers, adding more than 90 new jobs to our Programmed community.

Through this partnership, we look forward to working closely with Homes NSW in providing quality housing support and service in rural and remote communities in this region.

Transpower

At the beginning of March, we were thrilled to share our selection as a key service partner to Transpower, providing end-to-end Facilities Management for Transpower’s national network of properties and substations, warehouses and other sites nationally.

As we take this significant step in expanding our footprint in New Zealand’s electricity sector, we also strengthen our service network and reinforce our position as a trusted and established Facilities Management leader in New Zealand. With the mobilisation period drawing to a close on 1 July and our journey together officially underway, we proudly reflect on a partnership that creates opportunities for our existing people at Programmed and engages with numerous service providers to create stability and income for businesses big and small.

We welcome to our Programmed NZ community 30 new members, who were able to join us at our Matariki Day breakfast celebrations.

Transpower Team

A warm welcome to all of our new team members

To our new team members from both Homes NSW and Transpower, I’d like to extend the warmest of welcomes to our Programmed community. The expertise and experience that you bring will enrich our organisation and culture, allowing us to continue our strong growth trajectory and achieve truly great things together. We’re thrilled to have you join us on this exciting journey.

A huge thank you to those who made this possible

The integration of these new partnerships and bolstering of our growth trajectory would not have been possible without the hard work, dedication, and skilled efforts of teams from across our organisation.

From the development of our winning proposals to the work done by our transition and training teams, I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you for your exceptional efforts in earning the trust and partnership of both Homes NSW and Transpower.

We look forward to sharing the latest news and updates as we officially kick off these new partnerships and weave them into the fabric of our Programmed culture, continuing to demonstrate and deliver excellence in Facilities Management for Australia and New Zealand.
