We are excited to announce that Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the April 2026 Intake of our Internal Mentoring Program are now open.

How do I become a Mentor or Mentee?


1. Attend the Program Information Session

We encourage you to join us to understand how the program works, expectations, eligibility, and what you can gain as a mentor or mentee. This one-hour virtual information session will be held on:

Wednesday 11 February 2026| 11:00am - 12:00pm AEDT, 1:00pm - 2:00pm NZDT


2. Submit your Expression of Interest

To express your interest in becoming a Mentor or Mentee, please compete the Mentoring Program Expression of Interest Form linked below.

Before expressing your interest for the program:

    • ensure you have read through our Mentoring Guidelines and Mentoring Handbook, as it provides key information about the program.
    • mentees must have been with Programmed for at least 12 months to participate.
    • all applicants (mentors and mentees) must seek endorsement from their line manager before applying.

Key Program Features

Mentor-Mentee Matching: Pairings are based on interests, experience, development needs and goals. Cross-divisional matches are possible and often encouraged.

Flexible Commitment: We understand that everyone's time is valuable, which is why our program allows for a flexible mentoring commitment. Mentors and mentees can establish their own meeting schedules and define the frequency and duration that suits their needs and availability.

Goal-Oriented Approach: The program encourages setting and achieving specific goals. Whether it's acquiring new skills, gaining industry insights, or developing leadership capabilities, mentors will work closely with mentees to establish objectives and create actionable plans for success.
