It's time to VOTE for your FAVOURITE selfie!
It's already that time again - time to cast your vote for our overall Work and Smile Selfie Challenge WINNER for the quarter February - April 2025!
In this round of the competition, we've been loving your selfies on site, showcasing what makes the location you work in unique.
Today, we're sharing our awesome submissions from April 2025. We had some really impressive selfies this month, giving our judges a tough decision - we've handed top selfie to Josh Jones for his snap with WA's glittering blue coastline!
Before we get into our April submissions, you can vote for your favourite selfie this quarter - Josh Jones, Ben Brown, or Gavin Black!. Our overall winner will receive a $250 AUD e-gift card.
Voting closes 14 May - and then we'll announce our winner, as well as the next round of the competition!
In the meantime, you can keep on sending your selfies, and we'll enter them into the next phase of our competition.

"Selfie of the TEAM - working on the Silvan Hydro Mechanical Overhaul at the Silvan Reservoir on the Melbourne Water contract.
It's truly inspiring to see the Work and Smile culture in action, even in the midst of the urgent and high-pressure Silvan Hydro 15-Year Overhaul works.
Delivering a specialised service to our client, MW, requires both dedication and expertise, and the team has demonstrated both exceptionally well.
A collaborative effort between the MCD and Maintenance teams alongside our contractors are all well deserving of a big shout-out: Nick Stewart, Shane Parker, PFM technicians, along with George Poole (MCD Project Engineer), Alex from SKF (Specialist in Bearing Replacement), and Kurt from Tamar Hydro (Hydro SME) for their outstanding contributions on this project. Their commitment and professionalism is greatly appreciated! Well done team, you are doing an extraordinary job ‘For - all of us’ - team and community.
