In partnership with QBE, we’re excited to introduce the Moving Mindz Health & Wellbeing Initiative—the Resilient Future Challenge, now available to 200 Programmed employees across Australia (available in Australia only).
This national initiative is designed to boost wellbeing and contribute directly to essential mental health research. Delivered by Moving Mindz in collaboration with RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology), the program helps organisations improve employee wellbeing through engaging, evidence-based activities.
What does the Resilient Future Challenge involve?
- A 10-week national challenge
- Open to other Australian organisations
- Team-based and app-driven
- Weekly activities that earn points and improve wellbeing
Teams of five employees will participate in weekly challenges via an app. These activities are proven to enhance stress management, sleep, anxiety, and overall wellbeing in just 50 days. While earning points is fun, the real reward is feeling better—together.
We’re looking for 40 teams of 5 people to take part and help drive this initiative!
To raise awareness of the challenge click here for posters to display around the workplace. More information on the challenge can also be found here.
