Internal Mentoring Program - Expressions of interest now open across Programmed

Written by Facility Management | May 20, 2026 3:55:08 AM

We are thrilled to announce that Expressions of Interest for our Internal Mentoring Program are now open across the entire PERSOL | Programmed team in Australia and New Zealand.

At Programmed, we strongly advocate It’s Your Career, Your Opportunity. We encourage and support our people to actively pursue their goals - whether that’s advancing, diversifying, or excelling in their current role.

This program aims to bring this to life by connecting experienced, knowledgeable leaders with emerging talent from across the business. By opening the program more broadly, we are creating even greater opportunities for cross-divisional collaboration, fresh perspectives, and meaningful connections.

You told us through the engagement survey that you’re looking for more development and career opportunities. This program is one way we are supporting career growth and development internally.

Participation in the program offers a range of benefits for both mentors and mentees:

  • One-on-one guidance and support to enhance career development
  • Access to a broader network of professionals across Programmed
  • Exposure to new perspectives and approaches to problem-solving
  • Opportunities to refine skills, set goals, and work towards achieving them
  • Increased job satisfaction and engagement through learning and growth
  • Personal and professional fulfilment from developing and supporting others
  • The opportunity to strengthen leadership capabilities
